Making A Better Tomorrow Today
Why work with Logan
Meet Logan Yearsley
Logan Yearsley brings more than a decade of leadership in national associations, Maryland agriculture, and a national fraternity to every engagement. As Director of Member Engagement at the American Farm Bureau Federation, he redeveloped the organization's Promotion & Engagement Program — growing state participation by 70% — secured the program's first three sponsors in its history, and built a new veteran program from the ground up. He also oversaw the Target Training Conference and the State Awards Program spanning all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
• Grew a national member program by 70% and landed its first-ever sponsors
• National fraternity leadership: ran nationwide chapter programming and events, and coached chapters at 37 universities
• Experienced facilitator for boards, committees, and multi-stakeholder groups
• Deep roots in agriculture and association leadership at the state and national level
Through Making A Better Tomorrow Today, Logan helps associations, nonprofits, fraternities and sororities, and agricultural organizations engage their members, develop their leaders, and plan strategically for what's next.
In Maryland, Logan served as Executive Director of both the Maryland Agricultural Commission and the Maryland Agricultural Fair Board at the Maryland Department of Agriculture, managing $2 million in program budgets and leading the department's public outreach programs.
Leadership in the Greek world is where Logan's career began — and it remains a specialty. As Director of Chapter Services for Alpha Gamma Rho, a national fraternity headquartered in Kansas City, he directed strategic initiatives and event programming for collegiate and alumni members nationwide, planned national seminars with a $100,000 programming budget, and brought in new foundation support, including a corporate partner giving $50,000 annually and an individual gift of $80,000. Before that, as a Chapter Consultant, he worked with chapters at 37 universities across the country, coaching them on recruitment, operations, and growth — in one case doubling a chapter's size in a single three-week recruitment effort. He also served on Alpha Gamma Rho's National Board of Directors while still an undergraduate. Today, Logan continues that work as a live-in fraternity house director and as a member of the Fraternity and Sorority PAC Board.
Logan holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BS in Agriculture from Missouri State University, where he served as president of his Alpha Gamma Rho chapter. He is a LEAD Maryland Fellowship graduate and chaired the Maryland Farm Bureau PAC Committee from 2020 to 2025.
